2.賺了錢怎么分紅？

例如A（股權42%） 和B（股權58%）的合作開始一年就賺回了本金，但A幾乎沒參與公司管理，都是B每天運營管理，那B就會對 A42%的分紅感到不滿。

所以可以考慮這樣分配：

a.回本前分紅按之前股權分配分紅，保證出資方利益
