1.明確公司內部的幾種角色

一開始公司有幾種角色必須要清晰而明確,創始人、聯合創始人、員工、外部投資人。

因此這個綁定期對CEO極其重要,任何一個創始公司,如果CEO走了,你根本就找不到人能夠接替他,CEO一定是創業公司不可替代的資源,而企業的成敗也都寄托在這個人身上。
