總部機構股權可以采用有限合伙模式，總部機構股東一般是核心管理人員、長期看好公司發展的戰略投資者。

The equity of headquarters institutions can adopt a limited partnership model, and the shareholders of headquarters institutions are generally core management personnel and strategic investors who have a long-term outlook on the company's development.

2、區域公司股權融資

區域公司保留51%以上的控制權，便于財務報表合并，做大總部營業收入，同時又通過釋放股權，引入了外部資金。

Regional companies retain more than 51% of their control, facilitating financial statement consolidation and increasing headquarters revenue, while also releasing equity and introducing external funds.

3、門店經營分成模式

3. Share sharing model for store operation

門店若采用子公司的模式，可以保留50%以上的控股權；若是采用分公司的形式，可以采用經營收益分成的模式，即門店的投資者以經營收益分紅獲取回報。

If the store adopts a subsidiary model, it can retain more than 50% of the controlling stake; If it is in the form of a subsidiary, the model of operating income sharing can be adopted, where investors in the store receive returns through operating income dividends.
